Our community works together with the help of the Case Bowen Management Company to maintain our neighborhood.
The Rittenhouse Square Condominium Association is currently managed by a nine-member Board of Directors. The Board oversees day-to-day operations, handling of all business matters, as well as administering and adjudication rules and regulations of the Association with the goal of the comfort and well-being of the residents in mind. Our managment company handles all financial matters and maintenance issues.
The Board members are all volunteers and serve three-year terms. Three Board members are elected each year by the Association in order to guarantee continuity and experienced leadership. Board meetings are held monthly on the third Wednesday at 7:30 pm in the Clubhouse. All Association members and residents are welcome to attend.
Rittenhouse Square is a community of residents with a singular purpose of maintaining the grounds. We have several committees which help with these tasks and we hope that you will contribute to our shared property. Please contact us about your interest so that we can organize support.
